Support Council for Sexual Reproduction and Coral Rehabilitation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will comply with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003) and other related laws and regulations, handle customers' personal information appropriately, and strive to protect customers' privacy.

In addition, for the purpose of protecting personal information, the Company has established the following privacy policy regarding the handling of said personal information.

9.Inquiries regarding personal information

In accordance with laws and regulations, the Company will respond appropriately and promptly to notification, disclosure, correction, addition, elimination, suspension of use, elimination related to the purpose of use as well as to procedural requests for suspension of provision to third parties of personal information. When making such a request, customers will need to very their identity by providing document proof (driver's license, health insurance card, passport, et.) 10.Caution

The Company may provide statistical data that cannot be used to identify individuals by aggregating personal information for purposes other than those described in "2. Purpose of use of personal information" (this includes demonstrating the Company's website, needs arising from execution of operations, and other lawful intentions) to third parties involved in the operation of the Company or its website, as well as for companies, advertisers, and other third parties who may become a user of the Company's website (hereinafter referred to as the User).

Regarding deliveries such as direct mail

With the consent of the User, the Company and those involved in the operation of the Company's website may send e-mail newsletters and other e-mails free of charge to the e-mail address collected as personal information.

In addition, the Company may also send free direct mail to the address registered as personal information. 11.Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to change without prior notice due to revisions to laws and regulations, or due to the Company's own decisions. In this case, the revised privacy policy will be posted on the Company's website.
